Terms of Service

These terms apply to purchases on shop.brandboost.ink. The seller is BrandBoost Digital, 57/34 Soi Ngam Dupli, Bangkok, Thailand 10120 ("we", "us"). Contact: contact@brandboost.ink.

1. Products

We sell digital products (downloadable templates, workbooks and guides) and a subscription email briefing. Each product page describes what is included. Products are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped.

2. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude VAT. VAT is not currently added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card details.

3. Delivery

Downloads are available on the confirmation page straight after payment. Save your files when you buy. If you have trouble downloading, email us with your receipt and we will help.

4. Licence

When you buy a digital product you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own needs or your own business, including editing and printing the files. You may not resell, share publicly, sublicense or redistribute the files or substantial parts of them.

5. Subscriptions

The AI Visibility Briefing renews automatically each month or year until you cancel. You can cancel anytime by emailing contact@brandboost.ink; the subscription stops at the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. See our Refund Policy.

6. Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased. Full details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect any rights you have under laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded.

7. Acceptable use

You must use our products lawfully. The Paystub Pro Pack is for legitimate payroll records only. You must not use it to create false or misleading documents. We may refuse or cancel sales where we reasonably suspect misuse.

8. No professional advice

Our products are general information and templates. They are not legal, tax, payroll, accounting or financial advice. You are responsible for the figures you enter and the decisions you make.

9. Liability

Products are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

10. Support

Email contact@brandboost.ink. We reply within 3 business days.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Bangkok have jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase.
