What we collect
- Purchase data: when you buy, Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. We receive your name, email, country, what you bought and the payment status. We do not receive your full card number.
- Emails you send us: the content of support requests.
- Server logs: our web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, page requested and time) for security and troubleshooting.
- Referral tag: if you arrive from one of our calculator sites, the site name may be passed to Stripe as a reference on your order so we know which site the sale came from.
What we do not do
This site uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no tracking cookies. We do not sell your personal data.
Why we use it
- To process your order, deliver your product and send subscription issues (contract).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To answer support requests and prevent fraud (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
Stripe (payment processing) and the providers we use to host this site and send email, only as needed to provide the service. These providers may process data outside Thailand.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support emails are kept while needed to help you. Server logs are kept for a limited period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by emailing contact@brandboost.ink. We reply within 3 business days. Some records must be kept for legal reasons. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
