Digital products

No refunds on digital products. Because files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of downloadable products (Paystub Pro Pack, Pricing Strategy Report Pack, Email Subject Line Swipe File) are final. Please read the product page before you buy.

Problems with your files

If a file is damaged, will not download or is not what the product page described, email us with your receipt. We will fix the problem or send a working file.

Subscriptions

The AI Visibility Briefing can be cancelled anytime by emailing contact@brandboost.ink. Cancellation stops the subscription at the end of the current billing period: you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the period ends. Payments already made are not refunded, including for partial periods.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you were charged twice or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the mistaken charge.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights you have under laws that apply to you and cannot be excluded.
